I found this apple corer at Goodwill months ago for 2.99.

It makes apple pie baking so much easier.
Josiah was curious to see how it worked and when I showed him, he just about croaked!
We had 4 apples for lunch because he thought the peeling/coring/slicing contraption was totally awesome!!
I told him he could borrow it for a little while if he promised to make me an apple pie.
Mmm, looking forward to that!!
