This was all that was left of our dinner tonight. It took me about 20 minutes to prep and when we were done, Camillo said 'oh man, I love Pinterest'. haHA! He was amazed by this amazingly flavorful meal!! And I can't get over how easy it was to make. It will definitely be in our dinner rotation from now on - it's a keeper!
